Local Rules, Forms and Standing Orders*

Local Rules, Forms, and Standing Orders system was developed pursuant to Rule of Civil Procedure 3a, Rule of Appellate Procedure 1.2, and Rule of Judicial Administration 10, requiring courts to post their local rules, forms, and standing orders on OCA’s website to be effective. All local rules, forms, and standing orders maintained on this system are uploaded by the court’s clerk or other authorized users and are viewable by the public. The local rules, forms, and standing orders must be uploaded in a text-searchable PDF format.
